In April 2025, the National Nuclear Safety Administration issued the "Notice on Approving Zhejiang Zhongda New Materials Co., Ltd. to Change the Scope of Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment Manufacturing Licensing Activities" (Guohe Anfa [2025] No. 59), and Zhongda New Materials successfully passed the strict review of the National Nuclear Safety Administration and agreed to change the "Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment Manufacturing License" [Guonan An Zheng Zi Z (23) No. 26] to the scope listed in the annex.
The nuclear safety level of the certificate has been changed from the original level 2 and 3 to level 1, 2 and 3, and the manufacturing capacity parameters have been changed from the outer diameter ≤ 220mm, the wall thickness ≤ 10mm to the outer diameter ≤ 610mm, and the wall thickness ≤ 47mm.
